Terms and conditions

1. About the service

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the AutoSVF.ro website and panel (the “Service”), operated by TELEKI MICHAEL-FRANCISC PFA, tax ID (CUI) 42549765, registered at Strada 16 Februarie nr. 7, Șeitin, Arad County, Romania (the “Operator” or “AutoSVF.ro”). By creating an account, ordering an authorization or starting an installation, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service automatically installs file packages for Metin2 game servers (“serverfiles”) on a server you own or administer, over an SSH connection. Optionally, the Service can also install the system libraries they need. Installation is only possible on servers whose IP addresses are authorized.

2. Who uses it and who pays

  • The end user is the person who administers a Metin2 server and uses the panel to install it. For the end user, using the panel on an authorized IP is free.
  • The hosting provider is the company or person that provides the server (VPS) running the Metin2 server and owns or manages its IP addresses.
  • Only the Metin2 server's hosting provider can buy serverfile installation access through the panel.

3. IP orders

Orders for IP address authorization are placed exclusively as follows:

Only the Metin2 server's hosting provider can buy serverfile installation access through the panel. The Operator may refuse or cancel an order placed by someone who is not the hosting provider of the ordered IP addresses, in which case the amount paid is refunded in full.

If your server's IP is not authorized, talk to your provider so they contact us or buy the IP or IP class allocation. End users cannot buy the authorization in their own name; they can only benefit from the free promotions described in section 5, when these are active.

4. Pricing and payment

  • 5 EUR, one-time payment, for each authorized IP address.
  • 50 EUR, one-time payment, for a whole class of IP addresses (a /24 block, i.e. 256 addresses, from x.x.x.0 to x.x.x.255).
  • Orders, payment and invoicing go through the fulgerhost.ro online store, which the Operator uses for payments and invoicing. The applicable price is the one shown when ordering.
  • The ordered IP addresses or classes are sent in the order or to contact@autosvf.ro and are added to the list of authorized servers after payment confirmation, within 24 business hours.
  • The payment is one-time, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically. The authorization stays active as long as the Service is offered, except for the suspension cases set out in these terms.
  • The authorization is tied to the paid IP address or class and cannot be transferred to other addresses. Changing an address requires a new authorization.
  • Right of withdrawal (only for buyers who are consumers): the service is fully performed right after activation. By requesting activation, you expressly agree that the service starts before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon activation, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Payments for authorizations already activated are not refunded.

5. Promotions

  • The Operator may, at its discretion, run promotions that let a user authorize a single IP themselves, free of charge and temporarily, without being a hosting provider.
  • The conditions of each promotion (duration, number of installations allowed, number of spots, end date) are shown in the panel when it is activated. The promotional authorization expires automatically when the first of these limits is reached.
  • Each account can use a promotion for a single IP, and an IP can receive promotional access only once within the same promotion. The promotional authorization can only be used from the account that activated it.
  • Private or reserved IP addresses cannot be activated through a promotion.
  • The Operator may change, suspend or end a promotion at any time and may revoke promotional authorizations that are abused. Promotions do not give any right to compensation or to a permanent authorization.
  • All other provisions of these terms, including those on data deletion and backups, also apply to installations made through a promotion.

6. Conditions of use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your legal representative.
  • You may only use the panel on servers you own or have the legal right to administer. Entering the access details of a server that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to manage is forbidden.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all actions taken from it.
  • The server must meet the requirements shown in the panel: FreeBSD 13.x and root access over SSH.

7. Deletion of existing data

The installation permanently and irreversibly deletes the existing game server and MySQL databases on your server, including (without limitation) the contents of /usr/home, /usr/game, /var/db/mysql and /mt2. At the end of the installation the server restarts automatically. Deleted data cannot be recovered by the Operator.

8. Backup

Making a backup of your data before any installation is solely your responsibility. The Operator does not back up your server through the Service.

9. Serverfiles and content

  • Serverfiles are provided “as is”, without any warranty of functionality, compatibility, security or freedom from errors.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use the installed game server, including respecting third-party intellectual property rights and applicable law.
  • The default passwords shown at the end of the installation (database, in-game admin account) must be changed by you immediately. The Operator is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from not changing them.

10. SSH access details

SSH access details (password or private key) are used exclusively to perform the installation, are only kept in memory while it runs and are never stored. The panel only keeps the IP address, port, SSH user name, the server key fingerprint and the installation log. We recommend changing the root password after installing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:

  • loss or corruption of data on your server, including as a result of the deletion described in section 7;
  • interruptions, installation errors or the game server not working;
  • indirect damages, loss of profit, customers or reputation;
  • the consequences of entering wrong details or using the panel on servers you are not authorized to manage.

The Operator's total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount paid for the authorization of the IP address or IP class concerned. These limitations do not apply where the law forbids limiting liability (for example, fraud or gross negligence).

12. Prohibited use and suspension

The Operator may suspend or close your account and withdraw the authorization of the associated IP addresses, without prior notice, if the Service is used abusively, on unauthorized servers, for illegal activities or in breach of these terms. If suspended for breaching these terms, amounts paid for authorization are not refunded.

13. Personal data

We process personal data according to the Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update. Changes do not affect authorizations already paid for. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts at the Operator's registered office. If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL).
