1. Who processes the data
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
The data controller is TELEKI MICHAEL-FRANCISC PFA, tax ID (CUI) 42549765, registered at Strada 16 Februarie nr. 7, Șeitin, Arad County, Romania, which operates AutoSVF.ro. For any question about your data, write to contact@autosvf.ro.
2. What data we process
- Account data: email address, name (optional) and password, stored only as a cryptographic hash.
- Installation data: the server IP and port, SSH user name, server key fingerprint, the chosen serverfile, the installation status and log, including the default passwords generated by the script and shown at the end.
- Promotion data: the IP activated through a promotion, the activation and expiry dates and the number of installations used.
- Technical data: the IP address you visit the site from, used temporarily to protect against repeated sign-in attempts.
- Billing data for providers who order authorizations: collected and processed through the fulgerhost.ro store when the order is placed.
We do not store your SSH password or private key: they are only kept in memory during the installation and discarded at the end.
3. Why we process it
- to provide the service (account, installations, history, promotions) — legal basis: performance of the contract;
- for invoicing and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation;
- for the security of the service and abuse prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest;
- to prove acceptance of the terms — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. How long we keep it
Account, installation and promotion data are kept while the account exists and for at most 12 months after it is closed. Billing data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Technical sign-in protection data is kept for at most one hour.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It may only reach the providers that help us run the service (hosting of the server running AutoSVF.ro, invoicing through fulgerhost.ro) and authorities, when the law requires it.
The live chat is provided by tawk.to, which receives the messages you send us, your name and email if you enter them, and technical data (IP address, browser, the page you visit). Tawk.to may process this data outside the European Union, under its privacy policy. All other data is processed in the European Union.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can exercise them by writing to the contact address from your account's email address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date of the last update.
